Pooja is a seasoned lawyer in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and general corporate law. She provides strategic counsel to clients in the IT-ITES and healthcare sectors on both domestic and international transactions, including share sales, slump sales, asset sales and foreign direct investments.

In addition to her transaction work, Pooja excels in drafting and reviewing intricate commercial contracts, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory standards and compliance. Her advisory role includes navigating complex commercial laws and addressing multifaceted employee issues with acumen. Notably, Pooja also serves as an external member under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, where her profound understanding of employment laws and dedication to creating safe, inclusive workplaces make a significant impact.

She graduated from Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies in 2017 and has her LL.M. in Business and Corporate Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, stand-up comedy, and traveling.
