Her advisory portfolio spans investments, acquisitions, business transfers and complex commercial transactions, showcasing her ability to navigate intricate legal landscapes with strategic insight. As an in-house M&A counsel, she has advised on and led several investments, acquisitions, acqui-hires and exits. Her in-house experience also extends to advising on ESOP structures, negotiating key business contracts and guiding new business initiatives.
